TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
4. Technical characteristics.
Manufactured in glued laminated pine wood without knots (glued according to EN 386), with treatment in Class 4 autoclave "vacuum and pressure" according to UNE EN 335 standard.
Side panels in colored plates of high density polyethylene, with ultraviolet protection, and thickness 15 mm.

- Does not allow the penetration of moisture, waterproof.
- It does not contaminate the environment.
- It does not present any danger to people, animals or plants.
- The color is not a surface paint, but it is present in all the material. - Resistant to corrosion and weathering.
- Absorbs impacts very well, so it is a material with a high resistance to breakage due to vandalism.
- Does not produce splinters in case of breakage.
- 100% recyclable material.
- Resistance to graffiti and easy cleaning.
Slide 1500 mm high, made of HD HD polyethylene. It is the new solution for the manufacture of playgrounds for its absolute recyclability and ease of machining. With TÜV PRODUCT SERVICE GMBH certificate according to EN 11763.

All its metallic structure (floor anchors, railing, joining elements, ...) has a finish in epoxy powder paint, with a pre-treatment of cleaning-degreasing and phosphating. Advantage:

- Very good chemical and mechanical resistance.
- Excellent resistance to corrosion, heat, impact, abrasion in the open and extreme temperature changes.
- Does not require solvents, does not harm the environment.
- Its coverage is more even, penetrating even in difficult areas.
- The paint layer gives a remarkable homogeneity of film thickness.
- Guarantees a thickness between 50 to 80 microns, while conventional paints do not achieve these thicknesses.
