The coils of the springs are large enough to prevent children from getting their fingers or toes caught when the rocking animal or seesaw is in use.

The ground anchor has been constructed in such a way that no casting is required in connection with the assembly.

This mobile uses the type of dock / anchor type 400.1

All rocking and rocking animals are bolted together. only stainless steel bolts of quality a2 or bolts treated with delta magni (galvanization) are used.
Delta magni treated lock nuts are used as nuts.

We develop molds for different nylon parts, which are used for spring animal rides, seesaws, playhouses, and game systems. all the pieces are resistant to shocks within the range of -40º c to + 110º c.

All ends of the nuts and bolts are protected with a cover that protects children from sharp edges and prevents unauthorized persons from trying to dismantle the products.

The springs are made of a special 18 mm spring steel. after the turn, the springs phosphatize. finally, a resistant polyester lacquer is applied to them.

All accessories are designed with round edges. After machining, the accessories are hot-dip galvanized.

All seats are made from a 15mm pe plate with a 3mm rubber coating, which provides a very safe non-slip surface. the seats are mounted using a2 quality stainless steel bolts.

For all figures, a 15 mm solid colored polyethylene (pe) sheet is used. This solid sheet is specially made for our products.

The iron provides the following advantages:

The iron is non-toxic and complies with European Toy Safety Standards EN 71, Part 3, and the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 21, $177.1520 "Polyolefins" from the Food and Drug Administration / USA (FDA).
