Set of metal handball goals with curved base
Set of metallic curved-base handball goals consisting of two self-supporting and portable goals, manufactured in accordance with European standard EN-749 (AENOR) regarding safety, stability and resistance.
Frame:
- Constructed with two side posts and a crossbar made of 80x2 mm metal tubing, welded together to form a single piece.
- The entire frame incorporates hook-style net attachments made of impact-resistant plastic.
- Its interior dimensions are 2x3 m (±3 mm).
Base:
- Constructed from a single curved piece of 40x2 mm metal tubing.
- Features an anti-tip system using two plates installed on the sides of the base for bolting it to the ground (the type of anchoring is detailed later).
- Incorporates hook-style net attachments made of impact-resistant plastic.
Braces
- 2 braces made of Ø35x2 mm tubing.
- They connect the base to the frame in an arch-like fashion.
- At the top, they have a diagonal reinforcement to connect to the frame. This reinforcement is made of Ø20x2 mm tubing.
These three elements are joined together using washers and M10 bolts that are placed in the plates welded to each element.
Net
- 3.5 mm Nylon net.
- Square mesh net with a maximum spacing between horizontal and vertical filaments of 10 cm.
- Installed on the goal without tension, it does not allow the ball to pass through or cause it to rebound immediately outwards when kicked.
- The physical properties of the net comply with ISO-2062. Dimensions: L: 3 m / W: 2 m / S: 0.8 m / I: 1 m Mesh 100 x 100 x 4.5 mm.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Fixing System:
Depending on the intended use of the goal, we offer two types of fixing:
Chemical Anchor
For removable goals, a fixing system using chemical anchors is used (Ref.: 35007F2_KIT). This system consists of a female anchor that connects to the screw with a washer. This screw is anchored to the anchor embedded in the pavement and secured with chemical cement to ensure stability at all times. When removing the goal, the screw is replaced with a nylon one in the pavement anchor to avoid leaving gaps. The chemical anchoring system is shown in diagram #1 below.
Mechanical Anchor
For fixed goals, a fixing system using mechanical anchors is used (Ref.: 35007F3_KIT). This solution allows for the use of 2 or 4 mechanical anchors per goal. Chemical anchors are installed in the plates welded to the base of the goal, and if opting for fixing with 4 anchors, they are also placed in the additional holes in the base. Figure 2 below shows the anchoring method using mechanical anchors.
