Metallic portable volleyball L shaped posts

Volleyball portable L shaped consists of two posts to be used by anchored with wheels, manufactured according to EN-1271 standard in terms of safety, stability and resistance.

Set composed of two portable posts in the shape of an "L" with a total length of 2500 mm, manufactured in metallic profile internally ribbed Ø 80 mm outside.

All exposed edges or edges are rounded with a radius of at least 3 mm.

Both cylinders incorporate in its upper part a pulley in plastic material to prevent oxidation and blockage of it.

The tension of the network is made by rectilinear system inside the post, to avoid possible injuries of players. It includes a system to fix the statutory heights (2, 2'10, 2'18, 2'20, 2'24, 2'30, 2'40 and 2'43 m.), Which are reflected on the sides of both Posts of visible form.

Both poles have a self-supporting base that must be anchored to the pavement by means of a mechanical block M16x150 / 250mm.

All the elements are phosphatized to optimally prepare the metal surface and will be lacquered in the oven at 200ºC with a finish of 100-130 microns to protect against corrosion, in RAL 9016 white.

It is accompanied by a user manual, maintenance manual as well as technical sheet and product certificate in compliance with the European standard EN-1271 with product certificate by, IBV & ACCM according to EN 1271 (AENOR)
