TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

Function: Reinforces the muscles of the waist, improves flexibility and coordination of the body. Recommended for people of all ages. Exercise the spine and hip.
Use: Grab the handles with both hands, place your feet on the pedal and make oscillating movements from side to side, without making large amplitudes in the swing.
Realization: Always depending on the physical state of the person. We recommend 3 series of 30 seconds with a rest of 5 seconds between series and series.
Note: This is an exercise that requires a proper hip shape state. If you have hip or back problems, consult your doctor before doing so.
