GLUTEUS & BICEPS FEMORIS LL-007

Works calf muscles, adductor magnus, biceps femoris, hamstrings and gluteus maximus.

Use: Place the load in the starting position, stand in front of the equipment with your feet shoulder width apart and hold on to the bar with both hands, bring your calf to the height of the roller and push backwards.
Perform the exercise while controlling the movement, without arching your back or bending your knees.
Perform: 4 sets of 10 repetitions each with rest between sets.
Note: Adjustable load on each leg, the exercise load can be modified using the patented system.
