Rolling surface made of phenolic fiber board (HPL 100) of 6mm thickness on marine plywood board of 9 or 18mm thickness, perfectly glued, and sealed in hydraulic press machine.
Side enclosures made of 1.5mm thick hot-dip galvanized steel 450ºC sheet (optional sound-absorbing polyurethane foam, acoustic insulation)
Cooping galvanized steel 60mm diameter and 3mm thickness
Hot-dip galvanized steel entrance plate 3 mm thick folded to avoid sharp edges.
Metallic structure built in 40x40x2 hot-dip galvanized steel tubular profiles. The welds are protected with galvanized treatment. Fixed to the ground by M10 mm mechanic speeds
Lattice of galvanized steel inserted to the structure.
Certificate in accordance with EN 14794 (ASES XXI)

- Technical Improvements:
- Increase in resistance due to the design of the lower metal structure with structural supports every 30cm, totally vandal-proof.
- Integration of entries, copings and hubbas in the structure.
- Installation of marine phenolic board 9 or 18 mm thick between the surface of the tread and the structure to gain consistency, and optionally offer the insertion of sound-absorbing foam projection as acoustic insulation, especially indicated in public squares with nearby homes to reduce the sound produced by the hitting of the wheels with the running surface.
- Fixing of the surface of the plywood and marine phenolic plywood using rivets, for a secure and durable fixing.
