ABDOMINAL SHRINKAGE LL-004
It works the biceps, triceps, abdominal muscles, obliques, quadriceps, calves, hamstrings and adductors.
Use: Place the load in the starting position in such a way that it is pulled until the arms are horizontal and the elbows are at a 90º angle, place the feet shoulder width apart and perform the exercise controlling the movement and without bending the knees.
Performance: 4 sets of 10 repetitions each with rest between sets.
Note: Adjustable load on each arm, you can modify the load of the exercise using the patented system.
