Use: Lie on your back on the board, and hold both legs with the horizontal tube, cross your hands over the neck or chest, and slightly bend the body forward and return to the starting position.
Realization: Always depending on the physical form of the person. We recommend 3 sets of 20 repetitions each with 5 seconds rest between series and series.
Note: Do not force the neck, so the arms should be crossed over the chest. If performed with hands on the nape of the neck, the elbows should be horizontal. The moment you notice your neck strain, stop exercising.
